Delivery

The delivery period begins once the requested goods have been paid for by the Client to Discreet Furniture, except in cases where the goods are delivered by courier with cash-on-delivery. If an online order on the Discreet Furniture website is placed during weekends or holidays, the delivery period begins on the first business day.

Every item delivered by Discreet Furniture to the Client is transported using appropriate means and is well packaged.

Upon receiving the goods, you must open and check the delivery in the presence of the courier for any potential issues. If there are defects, missing parts, or errors, request that a report be drawn up. Without such a report and in the event of a problem, Discreet Furniture is not responsible. Only with this report can you request the correction of defects, missing parts, or other issues.

Important: Our "Delivery to Address" service provides transportation of your furniture to a specified address within Bulgaria (to a location accessible by a cargo van). Please note that loading and unloading the furniture is the customer's responsibility.

Guarantees and Product Returns

All products offered by Discreet and the online store come with an explicitly stated warranty period. For warranty and out-of-warranty service, each of our Clients may contact us directly by email or via the phone numbers listed on our website.

Discreet guarantees that at the time of dispatch, the product(s) have no defects that would reduce their value or suitability for normal use. Every shipment to the Client is insured. The Client is required to check the integrity of the shipment before accepting it and, if a discrepancy or defect is found, has the right to refuse it.

Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, the Client has the right to return any product, provided that the commercial appearance and qualities of the product(s), as well as the accompanying documents, are preserved. The costs for returning the delivered product are at the Client’s expense. After verifying the condition of the returned goods, the amount will be refunded to the Client via bank transfer to the account used for payment. For cash-on-delivery payments, the amount will be refunded via money transfer.

The warranty period for the product(s) begins from the moment the shipment is dispatched.

The warranty is valid only if the conditions described in the warranty card are met.
