One-sided, quilted, orthopedic mattress with a built-in metal frame on a wooden OSB board and a pocket spring unit. To the stability and durability of the frame, we add the comfort of multiple individually pocketed springs with a small diameter, placed in non-woven textile pockets. Their flexible-elastic connection provides point-balanced pressure during use. The stabilizing polyurethane foam frame surrounding the mattress adds extra comfort and durability. The high density of the POLIFLEX layer in the body-contact zone, along with its optimized orthopedics, ensures a perfect sleeping position. The siliconized anti-allergic fibers and the fabric with a high content of natural materials used in the quilting of the cover turn it into a thermostat constantly adapting to the body's needs. To the strength of the metal frame and OSB board of the one-sided mattress, we add the orthopedics of the POCKET SPRING system and the ergonomics of MEMORY FOAM. The core of individually pocketed springs in textile pockets, reinforced with a KOVAFOAM frame for added durability, ensures correct body alignment during sleep. The thermo-active foam shapes itself under body heat, adapts to the body’s curves, distributes weight evenly over the entire mattress surface, eliminates pressure points, and minimizes physical fatigue. The woven silver threads in the fabric gradually release silver ions, suppressing the development of mites, bacteria, and fungi. The quilted siliconized anti-allergic fibers enhance the thermal effect by providing the body with the optimal temperature and humidity.
